  • Do you ship to my country?
    We ship worldwide! To checkout, please use the "PayPal Checkout" button to checkout. You can then checkout with your PayPal account, or, if you don't have an account, just click "Pay with credit/debit card" on the popup screen. You do not have to have an account to use PayPal and it's available in most countries.
  • How do I know if PayPal is available in my country?
    CLICK HERE for a full list of PayPal-supported countries. We understand that some countires do not allow use of PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Click here to shop on Etsy for more payment options.
  • How do I measure my wrist to fit a cuff?
    Many of our customers have never worn a cuff or are used to wearing bangles, so fitting a cuff may be a new experience, especially shopping online. To measure your wrist for a perfectly-fitted cuff, follow these steps: 1. Start measuring below the wrist bone (where you would normally wear your bracelet) using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper. 2. Make sure your measuring tape or strip of paper is not too tight on your wrist. 3. If using a plain strip of paper, mark your strip with a pen where the end of the bracelet needs to be. Then measure the paper strip with a ruler. This the TOTAL SIZE of the bracelet. 4. A cuff's description says, for example, '5 1/4" + 1" opening = 6 1/4" total.' This means that the TOTAL SIZE of the bracelet is 6 1/4". For a perfect fit, your wrist would ideally also measure 6 1/4" in circumference, but the cuff may also fit a wrist measuring 6" - 6 1/2" depending on preference or the shape of the bracelet.
  • Can I adjust my cuff?
    Almost all cuffs on our site have about a 1/4" of wiggle room for tightening or loosening, so if a cuff is within 1/4" of your size, feel free to ask us to adjust a cuff for you before shipping! You can also read the descriptions on a cuff, which will state how much (if any) adjustability the cuff has. Adjusting a cuff can be a bit tricky. Here are some tips for adjustments. A cuff should not 'roll' around on your wrist. This means the cuff is likely too loose. To put your cuff on, roll the opening of your cuff on the inside edge of the fleshy part of your wrist above the wrist bone. You should also not see flesh hanging over the edge, meaning the cuff is too tight. Never squeeze to tighten a cuff! Stones can loosen or even pop out, and the shape of the cuff can be damaged. Instead, to tighten, turn your wrist over and push down on each end of the cuff. To loosen a bracelet, hold your thumb on any stones at the top of the bracelet to ensure they stay firm, then gently pull on each end of the bracelet to open the gap. If you have any hesitations about adjusting, please reach out anytime and we can help! Once a cuff is in your hands, we are not responsible for any damages resulting from your own adjustments.
  • How does ring resizing work?
    Ring resizing information- We charge a $30.00 flat fee for all ring resizing. Please send us a message if you need your ring to go up just half a size. We may be able to do it for free depending on the ring! Ring resizing can take 7-21 days. We will usually give you an estimate on when your ring will be finished within 72 hours of receiving your order. Most rings can't be resized more than 3 sizes bigger or smaller, but send us a message if you're unsure. Some rings might look a little funky if they're sized up. For example, if the band on a ring has intricate details on it, it may not look right if sizing up more than 1 size. If the band is very simple, resizing shouldn't be a problem. Please feel free to send us an email or chat message if you're unsure! We would love to help. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on resized items.   • Every cuff on your site is too big for my wrist. Do you offer downsizing?
    If you've got a wrist that measures 6 inches or smaller, chances are that the cuffs you see on this site will be slightly too big. Santa Fe Bead Company offers cuff downsizing for cuffs for sale on our website that have a single stone. We usually cannot downsize cuffs that have 3, 5 or 7 stones. This service costs $30 and usually takes 1-2 weeks to complete. You can add your desired cuff to your cart along with the "cuff downsizing service" listing to take advantage of this service.   • What service do you use to ship?
    Our free shipping option packages are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage service. We also offer upgraded shipping services, like USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for an additional fee. If you choose overnight shipping, we may use USPS or UPS depending on the delivery location. If you have a preference, please leave a note or message us.
  • How do I know if my package will arrive in time?
    We usually ship all packages within 3 business days. Our free shipping method, USPS Ground Advantage, takes 2-5 business days. Occasionally, we will also offer Free USPS Priority 2-3 Day Shipping around holidays such as Christmas, Mothers day, Valentines Day, etc. Please feel free to chat with us or email us at santafebeadco@gmail.com if you would like to ensure your package arrives by a certain date, and we will be happy to work with you.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship anywhere outside of the US. International customers, please use the "PayPal Checkout" button to checkout. You can either use your PayPal account to checkout or click "Pay with credit/debit card" if you don't have an account. You do not need to sign up.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Our website accepts every major credit card, PayPal, ApplePay and Afterpay (simple payment plans). Taxes are only applied to your order if your order is shipped to New Mexico.
  • Do you accept Venmo?

  • How does layaway work?
    Our layaway is simple and painless! ​ We will send you a Square invoice or a PayPal invoice that requires a 10% down payment. You'll be able to enter your credit card information through their secure payment platform. Please note that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE (see fine print for terms). The invoice will outline all of your set payments, remind you via email when your next payment is due, and allow you to save your credit card for easy payments each due date. You will be required to make payments every 30 days. Your payment plan can be a 90-day term or a 120-day term. Either way, your remaining balance after for 10% deposit will be spread out into equal payments every 30 days. We can also split up payments in different ways if you prefer, as long as the balance is paid in 90 or 120 days. ​
  • How do I start a layaway?
    Any item can be put on layaway with only 10% down. To start a layaway plan, fill out our layaway form HERE.
  • What's the fine print?
    By using our layaway policy, you agree to adhere to the terms laid out in this section of our website. No additional discounts will be given on layaway items. This includes coupon codes and sales! Layaway items are returnable for store credit only, minus your deposit. No exceptions will be made to this rule. If you do not make a payment for 45 days, your item will be put back up for sale. Again, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE (even if you decide not to buy after putting down your deposit), but if you decide not to purchase the item, your payments beyond the deposit will be used as store credit for another item of your choosing. We don't want you to lose your item or your deposit, so we'll be sure to send you plenty of reminders about your payment plan if it looks like you haven't paid in a while.   • How are items priced?
    Our items are carefully priced based on many factors. These include- The artists name- Many artists featured on our page are some of the world's most famous Navajo silversmiths. This means that our pieces are much more collectible, and will appreciate in value over many years. The stones used- Stones have low & high grades, with high grades costing more than low grades, and natural stones costing much higher than treated stones. Many of the stones featured on our page are the of the highest standard (listed high grade or gem grade) and are often also natural. The silver- .925 (sterling) silver is used in all of our products, often with a heavier gauge than most jewelry to ensure quality, durability and a bold look and feel. The work- Your artist puts ample time and detail into making your unique piece, which plays an integral part in pricing. Remember, you're purchasing a handmade piece of art, not a machine-made duplicate.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Santa Fe Bead Company offers a 14-day exchange-only policy. Returns for refunds are not accepted. Our policy is the same across all platforms, including Etsy. Contact us within 14 days of delivery of your item for an exchange if you are not happy with your order in any way. Returns for a refund are not accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances. For example, if your item is damaged during shipping (proof must be provided), or you are sent the wrong item, etc. No returns for a refund will be accepted for situations considered to be "buyers remorse" (ex. didn't like it, color was not what was expected, spent too much money, it was bigger or smaller than expected, I found something else, I purchased by mistake, etc). In these cases, please exchange your item.
  • How do I start an exchange?
    To exchange an item you purchased, start by contacting us (email us at santafebeadco@gmail.com or chat with us). Exchange applies to any item in our store. You may exchange for a lower-priced item, and then retain the remaining store credit to be used later. If you don't have an item in mind to exchange, we will provide you with store credit to be used within 1 year of your purchase. To return your exchanged item- Pack and ship your exchange item and send to the return address on your original package (or contact us if you need the return address). You’ll receive a date by which you should ship the item back. We allow exchanges if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. If you don't ship the item by the provided date, we may close the request. We will send your store credit or exchange item within 5 to 7 days of receiving your item and confirming its condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please keep in mind that stones are extemely fragile and need to be handled with great care, as they cannot be replaced or repaired if they are fractured.
  • What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

  • How do I shop using this website?
    Shopping on our website is simple- just add to cart and checkout! We sell our inventory on a few different platforms, but our website features the lowest prices and offers tax-free shopping (unless we ship to NM). You can also subscribe to receive email notifications about sales and special discounts. You can checkout using credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, ApplePay, or in-house, interest-free layaway. It's easy to save your information for an easy checkout next time, too!
  • How do I shop using Etsy?
    Our entire inventory is also available for shopping using Etsy. We have excellent reviews and have a Star-Seller status on Etsy. Since Etsy has raised their fees, we have had to raise our prices there to compensate for the fee change.
